Returns & Exchanges

At Showcase, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Showcase account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original retail packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
